Office specialist launches £2m flexible workspace in centre of Leeds
A new development aiming to offer round-the-clock flexible workspace has launched in West Yorkshire.
Workspace specialist incspaces has announced the launch of its latest site in Leeds city centre following multi-million pound investment.
The firm, which already has sites across London and Manchester, has invested £2m in its One Embankment development near the city’s train station.
One Embankment comprises more than 300 dedicated desks alongside a host of private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, coworking hubs and event spaces.
The site features three breakout spaces, kitchen and shower areas, a formal business lounge, a free-to-use fitness suite, and two outdoor terraces with views over the River Aire.
One Embankment is incspaces’ eighth UK location and forms part of the company’s strategy to expand across the country in 2021 to meet growing demand for flexible workspace.
Charlie Cudworth, incspaces MD, commented: “As we begin to head out of the pandemic and into a period of recovery, we know that many organisations are looking to realign their property needs to better meet the flexible working arrangements introduced to navigate the crisis.
“We are incredibly pleased to be opening our exciting new COVID-secure Leeds location that not only puts the safety of our clients first, but also offers beautiful views and the most diverse flex products in the city.”
