Crown Records Management UKI and ELO Digital Office announce strategic partnership
New alliance aims to tap into the UK’s growing digital transformation market
Crown Records Management UKI and ELO Digital Office have announced a new strategic partnership designed to help UK customers manage their digital transformation.
The partnership combines Crown Records Management’s expertise in document management and storage, management, scanning, and secure destruction, with ELO’s outstanding Enterprise Content Management software and business workflow solutions.
The announcement comes at a time when businesses across the country are re-evaluating their digital progress in response to the pandemic and the rise in employees working from home.
David Fathers, Regional General Manager at Crown Records Management UKI, said: “This is a big moment for us. Many of our customers are looking at their digital experience and we are being asked how we can help them. This is a natural progression for us.
“Transforming the way in which companies manage their information and supporting them with workflow automation software, will go a long way to removing the complexity from their processes, making their lives simpler. “ Despite almost two decades of business process management, the Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM) estimates that only one in five organisations have fully automated their core back-end processes.
David added: “We are not turning our back on our legacy document management, scanning, and box storage business - this has been key to our success. It is important though, to recognise the direction of travel. We need to be there to support our clients as they go through a period of change in their digital programmes.
“ELO Digital Office has an outstanding reputation. The partnership will provide Crown customers with access to best-in-class digital solutions - helping to manage their data and physical records in a seamless, integrated, and cost-effective manner.”
ELO Digital Office, first established in 1996 in Germany, is a global expert in developing digital products and solutions for companies of all sizes. With offices in 16 countries, it has developed a range of intelligent, out-of-the-box software to support key product lines, which will now be available to Crown’s clients.
Pierre Himmelmann, Vice President Channel International Strategic for Internal Business Relations at ELO Digital Office, said: “Crown has some excellent customers and we’re thrilled to be able to work alongside the team with our best practice solutions, ensuring that we get digital transformation projects completed faster and more efficiently.”
