New "smart-design" residential development launched at London’s Wembley Park
A new apartment building has been launched in London’s Wembley Park neighbourhood.
Beton, named after the French and German words for concrete, will be managed by Quintain Living, who is overseeing the rental of more than 2,500 apartments in Wembley Park.
The company hope that its studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments will deliver a design-led living experience in one of London’s newest neighbourhoods.
The apartments will have ‘broken plan’ social space which the company hopes will blend privacy with company. There will also be a 12th floor roof terrace which overlooks the arch of Wembley Stadium.
Quintain Living is also introducing a bike workshop with a wash station, tools and maintenance equipment, and secure storage as a response to the growth in popularity of cycling during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Danielle Bayless, chief operating officer at Quintain Living, said: “London has seen a 200 per cent uplift in cycling during the pandemic and we know that secure spaces to keep, repair, and clean bikes will be more in demand.
“Beton is just another example of smart design thinking and attention to detail, to keep one step ahead of consumer desire.”
