Jonathan added: “The last 12 months have been challenging for everyone.
“Many of our respected customers, consultants and supply chain partners have congratulated our teams on the determined and innovative manner we have dealt with the changing landscape to maintain progress on our projects, whilst maintaining safety for the workforce in the field.
“I am extremely proud to take up this role and will continue to explore collaborative routes of engaging with our new and existing customers earlier in the design process, embracing what we have learnt this year, to maximise the value we bring while increasing the flexibility and sustainability of our projects.”
Lewis Spencer, HotBox
Street food brand HotBox has appointed Lewis Spencer as executive head chef.

Vegetables are showcased in the same light as meat, cooked using a variety of barbecue methods, creating bold, colourful and contrasting flavours all with a splash of spice.
“Our outlook towards food provenance is far more considered than it used to be. I pay a lot of attention to sourcing ingredients with an ethical eye and to ensuring that responsible and sustainable products are at the core of our offering.”
Basit Nasim, founder of HotBox, added: “It’s so exciting to have Lewis back in the HotBox kitchen.
