Sanderson Projects expands innovative resourcing partnership into technology space
Sanderson Solutions Group today announces the expansion of Sanderson Projects into the technology space. The move reflects the success of the proposition to date and responds to continued market demand for expert resource to deliver digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
Sanderson Projects is an innovative new approach to resourcing for project talent, placing significant financial risk on Sanderson as the recruitment partner. The final fee is based on whether the contractors recruited achieve the client’s business objectives. This places value on a rigorous process to assemble the strongest team possible for the client to manage.
The Projects approach will see Sanderson putting as much as 30 per cent of its fee at risk if objectives aren’t achieved, including a contribution from the contractors themselves so all parties are invested in the outcome.
Sanderson Projects was initially launched to resource change management professionals but it soon became clear the approach would be equally beneficial to IT leaders and those focused on digital transformation. This builds on Sanderson’s long record of delivering quality technology talent to meet client needs.
The initiative has been led by Adam Meadows, who has recently been promoted to COO of the wider group, and Peter Hayes, a Non-Executive Director of Sanderson Projects and former Director of Change Management at Lloyds Banking Group. Victoria Proctor, who has been with Sanderson for more than nine years, has been appointed Head of Sanderson Projects.
Peter says: “Resourcing of flexible workforces is too often driven by cost and process, at the expense of quality. Sanderson Projects changes the rules of service. Cost remains vitally important but you need a resourcing partner with the depth of capability to deliver quality talent and teams committed to the outcomes. The Sanderson Projects proposition provides exactly that.”
Victoria adds: “Sanderson Projects flips the outsourced recruitment model on its head, providing businesses with an approach which ensures they retain control while offering them peace of mind that everyone involved is pushing towards the same objectives. While people are central to the success of any project, objectives and outcomes are the priority for clients. Sanderson Projects positions the recruitment partner as an enabler for project delivery, elevating resourcing from a process to a key part of project success.”
