Ion Fratiloiu, Yobota

Next gen core banking platform Yobota has announced the appointment of Ion Fratiloiu as its new head of sales.

Ion brings with him significant sales experience, having led sales growth for the likes of FTSE500 US fintech organisation Fiserv as part of its expansion into new territories across Eastern Europe.

Before joining Yobota, Ion was Sales Director at core banking provider Thought Machine.

Dario Scimeca, Yourkeys

Online home sales platform Yourkey has announced that it has appointed Dario Scimeca as its new head of housebuilder product.

Dario joins from London Square, where he was sales manager, after joining from David Wilson Homes.

His role at Yourkeys will involve sharing insight from the perspective of the housebuilder to create new products within the platform.

Dario commented: “I’ve been using the Yourkeys platform for a year now. This newly-created role provides an opportunity to get involved at an early stage with a company which is transforming the way new homes are sold.

“This is an exciting new sector, and a new challenge at a time when the prominence of technology in the industry is growing.

“I will be focusing on ensuring Yourkeys offers the best possible user experience as it expands into new areas and offers more features for housebuilders and sales agents.”

Wes Erlam, Legal & General Capital

Legal & General Capital has announced that it has hired Wes Erlam as its new director of urban regeneration.

Wes brings with him over 20 years of experience in land, development, investment and mixed-use regeneration.

More than 12 of those years were spent working for the Morgan Sindall Group, most recently leading the company’s investment division.

In this new role, Wes will oversee all LGC’s direct investments in urban regeneration as it continues to expand.

“As a leading force for change in the built environment, Legal & General has established an incredible range of genuinely transformational regeneration projects.

Leon Daniels, one.network

Traffic management platform one.network has announced the appointment of Leon Daniels as its new non-executive director.

As the former chief of TfL’s Surface Transport operations, commercial director at UK Bus, and founder of his own multinational transport business, Leon brings a wealth of experience within the transport industry.

As a non-executive director, Leon will be predominantly tasked with helping guide the company’s UK strategy as well as raising the visibility and profile of the traffic technology SME.
