Ariane Murphy, Mode Global Holdings
Fintech Mode Global Holdings has announced the appointment of Ariane Murphy as its chief investor relations officer.
Ariane has a track record of conceiving and executing impactful, multi-channel marketing, brand and PR programmes for high-growth tech companies.
She joined Mode as one of the founding team members in June 2018 and has been responsible for the group’s strategic marketing and communications programmes.
Prior to joining Mode, Ariane held marketing and communications roles at both early-stage start-ups and large corporations, securing and activating brand partnership deals with global brands such as Adidas, Estrella Damm, and Maui Jim, and organising large scale events, including at the world-renowned Formula One World Championship.
Ariane commented: “From the day I joined Mode, my number one priority has been to build a memorable brand that people could relate to and could feel was accessible, safe and trustworthy.

Sam Franklin, ADM Capital Europe
Private equity firm ADM Capital Europe has announced the appointment of Sam Franklin as its head of investor relations.
Sam has a nine-year track record working across public and private equity markets and in investor relations.
In his role as head of investor relations, Sam will coordinate investor relations activities for the Cibus Fund, the Cibus Enterprise Fund and co-investment opportunities. He will also be responsible for subsequent fundraising activity for forthcoming funds.

Nick Reid, DoubleVerify
Digital media analytics platform DoubleVerify (DV) has announced the appointment of Nick Reid as its regional vice president for Northern Europe.
In his new role as RVP for Northern Europe, Nick will lead the execution of DV’s growth strategy in the UK, Benelux, Nordics and MENA.
Coming from his role as global head of agency partnerships for Adobe Advertising Cloud, he brings experience in both understanding the nuances of managing advertising across traditional TV and digital, and also the importance of creating and orchestrating global agency strategy to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Nick commented: “With digital content consumption on the rise and the importance of protecting and optimising ad investments in focus, DV’s role as a trusted provider of quality and performance data is key.

Simone Buckley, TripActions
Travel company TripActions has announced that it has appointed Simone Buckley as its new vice president of EMEA marketing.
Simone was previously CEO of Fello Travel, and brings more than 30 years of experience working in the travel management industry.
Most recently, Simone was the former chief executive officer at travel management company Fello Travel, and prior to that was the CEO at the Institute of Travel Management.
Simone said: “I wanted to work for a company that has the enthusiasm, financial backing and instincts to get this industry back up and running and help create opportunities for all the talented people in our industry community who find themselves displaced because of the pandemic.”
Mark Hubbard, Mazars
International tax company Mazars has announced that it has appointed Mark Hubbard as a partner in its London financial services tax team.
Mark has previous experience as global head of tax at Barclays, and will lead the Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) sub-sector in the Tax team.
He will also provide strategic expertise to the team by delivering on recent client wins and work closely with the leadership team to develop the BCM tax advisory proposition.
Catherine Hall, head of tax at Mazars, said: “I am delighted that Mark has joined the partnership, and we welcome him to the team here in London.
“We have ambitious plans for growth across the Financial Services strategic market, specifically within the Financial Services Tax team.
“Mark’s banking market experience will be invaluable as we develop our team, and look to capitalise on a rising number of opportunities in the financial services advisory market.”
