Our response was to escalate plans already place to extend our social and digital services and find the right person to drive the new division. We could not be more delighted that Anna was willing to step into the role and make it her own. In fact, news of her arrival has already prompted some new conversations with existing and prospective clients.”
Anna commented: “I have known Kathryn and the team at Eden for some time so understood the strengths of the business and alongside that the potential of extending their digital and social media offer. There is a culture of ‘change is good’ at the agency, which is rarer than you might expect, even in the creative industry. And being given the support and the space to build a complementary service model alongside the public relations team is an extraordinary opportunity. This is the new form of integrated communications, where high value, consistent and on brand content, across media, social and digital use is going to the win the day, pre and post lockdown.”
