B-Compliant celebrates progress on third B-day
Manchester-based financial compliance experts, B-Compliant, are marking three successful years in business.
The firm has grown rapidly, despite the pandemic, and now advises more than 50 clients nationwide, from all corners of the financial services sector.
Launched in April 2018 by director, Vicky Pearce, B-Compliant focuses specifically on providing support services to small and medium-sized businesses registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. Clients can outsource onerous regulatory tasks to the firm’s experienced consultants, saving time and giving them confidence that they are meeting their legal obligations.
Since its inception, B-Compliant has expanded to a team of six and is planning to recruit an apprentice this year, as well as moving to larger offices. The firm has received a number of accolades from the financial industry, most recently making the finals of Professional Adviser’s best support services award and being named compliance advisory firm of the year UK by Corporate LiveWire.
Vicky said: “We are incredibly grateful that the industry believed in us at the start and want to thank the clients who have made the journey possible so far. We are proud of what we have achieved in such a short period of time and that we have continued to grow through the challenges we’ve faced in the last 12 months. We’re excited about the future and can’t wait to see what the next three years bring!”
B-Compliant serves a wide range of businesses, including independent advisers, wealth managers, consumer credit organisations, mortgage brokers, insurance companies, private banks and private equity specialists.
