Tower Street Finance bolsters team with appointment of John Sanderson
Harrogate-based inheritance specialist Tower Street Finance has appointed John Sanderson.
John has more than a decade working in the legal sector with roles at Novitas Loans, Keystone Legal Benefits Ltd and Landmark Estate Agency Services, and joins the team as business development manager.
After training as a solicitor John also held the role of commercial manager at TheBusinessDesk.
Commenting on his appointment John says: “It was a no brainer for me when I was approached to join the business. Tower Street Finance is agile, innovative and backed by a team with an exceptional track record.
“The product range is designed to solve some of the trickiest problems people and solicitors face while managing an estate when someone passes away – whether that’s by providing the finances to pay inheritance tax or enabling beneficiaries access part of their inheritance early.
“I’m excited to be part of the Tower Street Finance team and to speak to all my contacts in the legal sector about the benefits available to them and their clients.”
Tower Street Finance is an inheritance specialist which was launched in 2020 by Andrew Bartle the former co-founder of Leeds based Lowell Group.
The firm’s award-winning Inheritance Advance product enables beneficiaries to access to up to 60 per cent of an inheritance before probate has been granted, while its Inheritance Tax Loan has been designed to help executors pay any tax liabilities to HRMC directly so an estate can be released.
Business development director, Dicky Davies adds: “John has a strong reputation in the region and the legal sector so we’re thrilled to have him onboard. He joins us at an exciting time as we’re on the cusp of launching a new product with a £30m funding line which we’ve developed in collaboration with a panel of inheritance dispute lawyers.”
Tower Street Finance is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
