Trio promoted to associate partner at Fluid Ideas
Creative agency Fluid Ideas has promoted three members of staff to the new position of associate partner.
The trio are Dani Berzins, who leads the agency’s design and artwork team, Shane Jones and Carrie Gregory, who both work in Fluid’s brand and creative team.
Fluid’s joint managing director Phil Harvey said they would have a key role to play in shaping the future direction of the business as part of the agency’s leadership team.
Phil said: “As we grow, we need more structure in the organisation and also a way of offering opportunities to colleagues who want to progress their careers with us.
“The role of associate partner meets both criteria, and Dani, Shane and Carrie are the ideal people to take on this new position.
“They are respected by the whole team, they enjoy strong, lasting partnerships with clients, and they are key to the future of the agency.
“In their new roles they will bring a fresh and valued perspective on the running of the business and will help to protect and enhance our high standards and the values, culture and ethos of Fluid which have contributed to our success and growth over the years.
“Becoming associate partners means they join our leadership team, take part in partner meetings and help to shape our future direction and evolution.”
The trio said they were excited to play an active role in the agency’s future development following their promotion.
Dani, who joined Fluid in 2013, said: “I’m honoured to be an associate partner and look forward to continuing to act as a positive influence and support to clients and colleagues.”
Senior creative Shane, who has worked at the agency since 2016, said: “I’m thrilled, as part of my new role, to be able to continue in to develop our creative offering and ensure that the essence of Fluid is woven into every project that comes through our door, across all of our teams and disciplines.
“I can’t wait to help lead our agency into our next exciting chapter.”
Carrie, a creative designer who joined Fluid in 2015, said: “What I love about Fluid is the collective drive the team has to do amazing things for our clients, to push them and their brands out of their comfort zones, and deliver work that helps drive their businesses forward.
“And, in return, Fluid does the same for its people – nurturing talent, encouraging passions and fuelling ambition. I feel lucky to be part of the family, and to be given the opportunity to be part of Fluid’s continued growth as we look to the future.”
Fluid Ideas is a full-service agency whose operations cover branding and campaigns, graphic and website design, computer-generated imagery, 3D animation and video, photography, copywriting, digital marketing, content management and social media.
Its client base spans sectors including healthcare, retirement living, property, professional services, education, finance, leisure and hospitality. The agency is based at Darley Abbey Mills, near Derby.
Staff numbers have risen in recent months to a record high of 42 and Fluid is still recruiting.
