"First of its kind" coworking and gym venue launches in Sheffield centre
A new “first of its kind” coworking and gym venue has been launched in Sheffield to provide professional and personal space.
Hii Fitness, based in Sheffield, is launching a fitness studio on the ground floor of Wizu Workspace, a flexible workspace provider.
The new venue is part of a plan to promote workplace wellbeing, as well as an incentive to encourage workers to come back into the office after working from home.
The fitness studio features state of the art equipment, with members able to use the My Zone technology to monitor their performance in real time.
Combined with this, members of the new offering can also use the open-plan coworking space which features phone booths, break out spaces and unlimited free speciality tea and coffee.
Matt Hancocks, managing director at Hii Fitness, commented: “After a delayed start due to the pandemic we’re thrilled to finally open our doors to the Sheffield business community, providing a brand new offering which will make it much easier for busy professionals to take care of their fitness alongside their work.
“Our state of the art, boutique gym has a refuel bar, high-end equipment and will offer unrivaled group classes from the best professional trainers in the city.
“Having the gym and nutrition experts onsite as part of the coworking membership will make it so much easier for members to take care of their health and we can’t wait to support them.
“With many businesses struggling to entice staff back to the office, we see wellness initiatives like ours becoming much more important over the coming year, and have already had several local businesses signed up for our wellness packages.”
