Data company acquires London enterprise backup specialist
A data business has acquired a London tech company as part of its growth strategy.
Business continuity and IT disaster recovery firm Databarracks has acquired enterprise backup specialist 4sl for an undisclosed sum.
The deal will see the companies come together to create a combined business with 75 staff, including 50 data protection specialists.
