Construction set to begin on Harrogate ventilation specialist headquarters

A Yorkshire ventilation systems manufacturer has announced that work is set to begin on the construction of its new headquarters this month.

EnviroVent, based in Harrogate, has confirmed that its new premises, on Burley Bank Road, will be built by Skipton construction company Sutcliffe Construction.

Sutcliffe Construction, which has been appointed to the project by developer Teakwood Development, is expected to start work on the 65,000 sq ft premises in May, bringing together EnviroVent’s manufacturing facility, warehousing, head office and training suite into one purpose-built headquarters.

The building will be the first phase of the new Harrogate West Business Park.
