Tyneside healthcare firm reveals £100m acquisition plan to expand by 2024

A North East healthcare company has revealed plans for £100m worth of acquisitions over the next three years.

Salutaris People, based in Tyneside, provides rapid PCR testing for airline passengers at Liverpool John Lennon Airport in partnership with Test Assurance Group (TAG).

The company has announced a £100m plan to acquire new businesses in the healthcare and facilities management sectors over the next three years.

It is looking to develop subsidiaries in Covid-19 testing centres, healthcare recruitment, facilities management and logistics.

Salutaris People is working with Lee Humble of MHA Tait Walker on the plans.
