Gateley Legal announces new promotions in Guildford
Gateley Legal has announced four promotions across its Guildford office.
Gemma Baugh has been promoted to legal director within the residential development team and Shikha Gambhir has been promoted to associate within the residential real estate team, helping UK clients to invest in property.
Ernesto Chao has been promoted to senior associate and Selina Troughton has been promoted to associate within the Exhibitions team, working to attract overseas private investors looking to invest in new build residential properties in the UK.
The four promotions in Guildford are in addition to a further 40 promotions across legal and professional services group, Gateley’s Birmingham, London, Manchester, Reading, Leeds, Leicester, and Nottingham offices.

The Guildford office of Gateley is home to over 100 legal professionals and boasts one of the largest residential development teams in the country, working with housebuilders and property developer clients right across the South East.
