Show home launches at “eco-minded” first-time-buyer scheme in North East London
A new show home has been launched at a new residential development in North East London.
First-time-buyer sales agency Red Loft has announced the opening of a new show home at the Centenary House scheme in Highams Park in Waltham Forest.
The first development by Sixty Bricks, the London Borough of Waltham Forest’s wholly owned housing development company, the site will provide 34 new homes, and has already sold 65 per cent off-plan.
Centenary House has been designed to lower resident’s carbon footprint and reduce energy costs, complete with solar panels on every roof, smart thermostats, low-energy lights and double glazing.
Wendy Hegarty, partner at Red Loft, commented: “As expected, interest levels for Centenary House have been exceptionally high since we first launched in April.
“A number of homes had already been reserved in the first weekend, following an exclusive webinar for hopeful buyers with the Red Loft sales team, building architect and Sixty Bricks’ Project Manager.
“The opening of the show home at Centenary House gives new buyers the first opportunity to look around one of the apartments and see just how exceptional this development really is.”
