Validity Adds World-Class Leaders to Support High-Growth
Validity, a provider of data quality and email marketing success software, has announced new additions and internal promotions to its leadership team. Barbara Cooke was named SVP of Customer Success, Alain Marcuse was named Chief Information Security Officer, Chris Hyde was promoted to Global Head of Data Solutions, and Greg Kimball was promoted to SVP, Global Head of Email Solutions.
These four strategic leadership changes come on the heels of a banner quarter as well as 40% year over year net new bookings growth, and position Validity to continue delivering on world-class solutions to enterprises and small businesses alike. Additionally, recent innovative product expansions, including Everest and GridBuddy Cloud, enable Validity to fulfill its brand promise to help companies target, contact, engage and keep customers by using trustworthy data ethically.

Barbara Cooke, SVP of Customer Success Babara will oversee Validity’s expansive customer success and service teams, ensuring Validity’s consistent and timely customer support expands alongside the company’s global growth. Cooke brings more than 25 years of international expertise from her experience at Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters and most recently Cloudreach, where she worked at an executive level as Global Head of Managed Services.
Alain Marcuse, Chief Information Security Officer As Validity’s first Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Marcuse will leverage his 30 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy to elevate Validity’s business infrastructure as the company continues to expand. Marcuse previously built the data privacy consulting practice at RSM US as Director of Security, Privacy and Risk.
Chris Hyde, Global Head of Data Solutions Chris Hyde has accepted an internal promotion to lead Global Data Solutions. In this role, Hyde will work closely with both the engineering and marketing teams to pave a new growth path for Validity’s data business. Hyde was one of Validity’s first employees and achieved excellence in his previous role as SVP of Technical Operations, International, where he built a foundation of technical and data knowledge that has grown at a rapid pace that matches the company’s own trajectory.
Greg Kimball, SVP, Global Head of Email Solutions Greg Kimball has accepted an internal promotion to serve as SVP, Global Head of Email Solutions, after previously holding the VP of Product Management position. In this new role, Kimball will lead Validity’s email solution offerings, enhancing its competitive position and ensuring that Validity’s solutions continue to turn actions into outcomes for customers.
