Former Pizza Express transformed into Leeds city centre coworking space
A former restaurant space in the heart of Leeds has been transformed into a new coworking space to meet growing demand.
Spacemade has launched its newest coworking space at the former Pizza Express in its Park House building.
Comprising 4,000 sq ft, the site includes hot desks, fixed desks and a centralised workstation area, as well as seven breakout meeting rooms, an informal lounge area, private work pods and work booths.
Centrally located overlooking Park Square, five minutes from Leeds Station and surrounded by shops and eateries, the new location will also be home to coffee roasters and Italian eatery La Bottega Milanese.
Jonny Rosenblatt, co-founder of Spacemade, commented: “In the last year, it has become abundantly clear that people’s working patterns have evolved.
“Flexibility is paramount and our spaces are designed to help companies and their employees with their new hybrid working schedules. This collaborative and innovative space is designed for people who want a flexible working option in the heart of town.
“We have combined modern technology and design with the stylish history of this location. As well as providing both hot desk and fixed desks for individuals or small teams, there are also meeting rooms for larger groups who want to collaborate.
“This space offers private work pods as well as breakaway hero meeting rooms so members can choose the space that suits them best.”
