Ison Harrison Branches Out In Guiseley To Mark 10 Year Milestone
A leading Yorkshire law firm is celebrating 10 years in Wharfedale with the expansion of its Guiseley office.
Ison Harrison’s Guiseley office, which originally opened in May 2011, has taken on the downstairs floor of the building it occupies on Victoria Road which will provide office space with two additional meeting rooms and more office space to accommodate the firm’s growing team.
The downstairs space was previously occupied by estate agents Dale Eddison.
Conveyancing expert, Nigel Cowley, heads up the Guiseley branch and also manages the Ilkley and Otley branches. Collectively these three branches are known as the firm’s ‘Wharfedale hub’ as it provides expert legal services throughout the Wharfedale region.
The Guiseley office, with its team of 12, is one of Ison Harrison’s busiest of the firm’s 15 regional offices outside of the city centre. Key services offered by the branch include conveyancing, family law and wills and probate.
Commented Nigel Cowley: “We are adapting to the demand for legal services in the area. Our Wharfedale offices have always thrived since we first opened our Ilkley office in 2010 and then Guiseley the following year, 2011. In that time, we have established a loyal customer base throughout Wharfedale and have increased our service offering and turnover year on year.
Jonathan Wearing, Managing Partner at Ison Harrison said: “The expansion of our Guiseley office is great news for the branch and for the region it serves. It’s a positive move that represents a fantastic decade of providing a first-class client service. We believe it is important to retain a visible presence on the high street as this ensures we remain in touch with our clients and the communities we operate in. This expansion puts us in a stronger position to become an even more integral part of the local community.
In 2018, Ison Harrison celebrated 40 years of business in Yorkshire by supporting 40 local good causes in the form of cash donations or gifts made on a nomination basis to the value of over £10,000.
