Iliad Homes officially open The Eight development in Liverpool
Iliad, the award-winning North West developer, has officially opened its prestigious new residential development, The Eight, located in Liverpool city centre.
Positioned between the Ropewalks and the city’s burgeoning Baltic Triangle, the contemporary residential scheme includes 120 premium one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies. It comes with on-site parking, concierge service and 24-hour security.
The development welcomed its first residents this week and was opened by Liverpool’s Lord Mayor Councillor Mary Rasmussen.
Iliad has delivered multiple commercial and residential developments across the region for over twenty-five years. The latest development adds to its impressive portfolio and the growing Iliad Homes brand.
The company has set out to create a thriving community with The Eight which comes complete with modern day amenities. It is proving a popular choice for professionals, young families and mature students.
James Chan, General Manager at Iliad Homes, said:
“We are incredibly excited to officially open The Eight.
“A great deal of work has gone into delivering these quality and contemporary homes, which have been built in by Legacie Construction. This is a special development with a real sense of community and further adds to the regeneration of the Ropewalks area which Iliad has been part of for over two decades.
“We are proud of The Eight development. It is a major success story for Iliad Homes as we look to expand our residential brand even further in the future.”
