David M Robinson expands its presence at Liverpool ONE with opening of OMEGA boutique
Grosvenor Britain & Ireland has announced that award-winning British luxury jewellery retailer, David M Robinson (DMR), is to open a new OMEGA boutique on South John Street at the heart of Liverpool ONE.
Spanning 2,000 sq ft, the new Omega store will complement the existing DMR boutique on South John Street, which has operated at Liverpool ONE since the destination launched in 2008.
As partners of OMEGA watches for over 30 years, the signing marks DMR’s first opening of a mono-brand boutique, which will combine the watchmaking heritage of OMEGA with the exceptional customer service for which DMR is renowned. The new OMEGA boutique will open later in 2021.
Alison Clegg, Managing Director, Asset Management, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland commented: “We are pleased to further our longstanding relationship with David M Robinson with the launch of this new OMEGA store, which will bring an exciting new brand experience to Liverpool ONE’s luxury offering. The introduction of OMEGA will offer customers even more choice in the sought-out fine jewellery sector, reaffirming our position as one of the leading destinations in the UK.”
John Robinson, Managing Director at David M Robinson, added: “Liverpool is our spiritual home and Liverpool ONE is our flagship store. This announcement reaffirms our commitment to bricks and mortar retail and to Liverpool ONE, which continues to attract visitors to this vibrant city from across the North West and further afield. We are pleased to be working closely with our good friends at OMEGA and Liverpool ONE on this exciting new boutique.”
The signing news follows the launch of Clarendon Fine Art at Liverpool ONE, with the gallery joining sister brand Whitewall at the destination, which has successfully operated for almost ten years on Paradise Street.
The news also follows David M Robinson’s commitment in Autumn 2020 to a five-year lease renewal of its luxury jewellery boutique at Liverpool ONE.
