Vehicle cleaning group drives growth with second acquisition in six months
A vehicle cleaning group has accelerated its growth by completing its second acquisition in six months.
LPW Group has welcomed North East based commercial valeting business Pureclean Car Care Ltd on board, just five months after acquiring Wilson Contract Services in February.
Pureclean was founded in 2008 by Paul Iley and since then has seen year on year growth. LPW Group hope that the acquisition will build on that trend while also expanding on existing regional relationships.
Paul Iley of Pureclean said: “I am incredibly proud of Pureclean’s success since its formation 13 years ago, and have no doubt that this will continue and accelerate as we join the LPW Group.”
He continued: “It was important to us to join a group with such ambitious growth plans, while maintaining a strong family culture at the heart of the business. I look forward to working with Laurie and the LPW team to grow Pureclean and contribute to the group’s success.
Laurie Moon, CEO of LPW, said: “We are delighted to welcome Paul and the Pureclean team into the LPW Group.
“Pureclean have an unrivalled reputation in the North East, which I am looking forward to see grow across the UK. Together, we are very excited to explore the opportunities allowed by our joint forces.”
