Property management firm eyes London development sites in growth drive

A property management specialist has announced plans to expand its portfolio with sites in the London area.

Hawk Block Management is actively seeking development sites with 35 or more units within the M25 as part of its growth strategy.

Having grown as a team from three to seven people in two years, Hawk Block Management provides services such as compliance and risk management, major works management, site visits, comprehensive reporting, repairs and maintenance, service charge accounting, credit control and ground rent collection.

The group currently manages over 1,000 units, including the full residential portfolio of London bespoke developer and landlord Aitch Group.
