Three new appointments for award winning estate agent following opening of residential and lettings office
Award-winning leading estate agent firm Pygott & Crone has welcomed a host of appointments to its new property and valuations team based in Nottingham.
The company, which also has 12 offices across the East Midlands and London – has hired three new members over the last two months following the launch of its residential/lettings and new homes division in Nottingham two months prior. Celebrating 30 years of extensive expertise, Pygott & Crone is one of the leading property agents in the Midlands and the hires follow a successful period - with the business already having sold a number of properties in and around the city, whilst adding a number of well-known house builders to its books including the likes of Taggart Homes, Stagfield Developments and KMRE.
Joining the business is office manager Dale Brewster, bringing with him 10 years of experience within the Nottingham property market.
Dale, who studied BA (Hons) Construction Management at the University of Derby, brings a broad wealth of academic knowledge and experience to Pygott & Crone having worked as a negotiator, valuer and manager within the sector before being appointed to his new role.
As office manager, Dale will oversee all aspects of the business and services provided to clients. Dale will utilise his strong skillset working closely with developers to ensure the best return on their investment via effective routes to market, whether new build developments or full-house renovations.
A further two team members have been appointed to the sales team, following the influx of new business in the company’s pipeline – with Phillip Brown joining as senior sales consultant and Nigel Jemson as sales negotiator. Phillip brings with him 16 years of strong customer service and sales experience across a range of industries but has spent the last 14 months at a busy local estate agent before joining the firm this summer.
As sales negotiator, Nigel will also have specific focus on business development – utilising his contacts from his time as a successful football player with Nottingham forest and to secure new listings and promote the company image in the region.
The team have already won instruction to sell over 850 new build homes across various developments within the next 18 months. A recent highlight includes the listing of a penthouse apartment in River Crescent, Nottingham – where Sven Goran Erikson stayed in his time as manager at Notts County Football Club.
Tim Downing, director of Pygott & Crone, commented: “I am very pleased to welcome Dale, Nigel and Phillip to the team. Each individual brings their own character and skillset to the business which is already proving to be a winning combination.
“As an award-winning national agency with our roots in the East Midlands, we are looking forward to growing further into the Nottinghamshire property market within the coming months.
“It’s a positive time for the business having had such a successful start to this turbulent year, I’m confident as a team we will continue to grow - having already secured some impressive property listings in the area. I wish the new team members the very best of luck in their new roles.”
Dale Brewster, newly appointed office manager, said:
“What attracted me to join Pygott & Crone was the number of services which the company is able to offer to a vast range of clients along with how it outperforms those of other providers. The positive and thriving company culture was also apparent to me from the interview stage. Each sale is treated as a positive journey with respective clients.”
“Alongside the team, I’m looking forward to achieve great success and help realise the company’s potential within this particular area.”
