New base for Nottingham charity as NG seals city centre office deal
A charity dedicated to providing safe child contact centres so children can meet the parents they don’t live with has a new office in the heart of Nottingham city centre - thanks to a deal completed by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
The National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC) has moved into the 1,108 sq ft Unit 5 at Russell Place.
The deal, sealed by NG’s Charlotte Steggles, means that Russell Place is now 100% occupied.
Esther Coe, CEO of NACCC said: “Our existing office had accessibility issues and was costly to run so we were looking for premises that were better purposed to fulfil our needs.
“Our new premises will help us save on running costs and be more accessible for our colleagues. As a children’s charity the money saved will be essential in our work supporting and accrediting child contact services that work better for children.
“Charlotte was fantastic. She went over and above to assist us every step of the way. Many thanks!”
Charlotte said: “NACCC does invaluable work, not only in Nottingham but across the whole of the UK, and so this deal was particularly satisfying to work on. It’s fantastic news that the charity’s move will mean they can devote more funds to support child contact centres. I wish Esther and her staff all the best in their new home.”
