Nicole Bruce, phs Teacrate
Crate services provider phs Teacrate has appointed Nicole Bruce as its new business development manager.
Nicole, who is also a trained chef, joins the team with decades of experience in the food manufacturing and food and drinks packaging industries and will be responsible for developing business in the food sector.
Luke Staton, managing director at phs Teacrate, said: “Nicole is uniquely placed to help us continue our expansion plans in the south.
“She has superb knowledge of the food and drink industry, both from a customer and a sales perspective, and understands the challenges the sector can face when it comes to transporting food items. We know she’ll be a valuable asset to our team and to our customers.”

Vaidas Adomauskas, Uncapped
Uncapped has announced the appointment of Vaidas Adomauskas as chief product officer.
Vaidas brings a wealth of experience gained in product management, strategy and delivery in FinTech, SME banking, Software as a Service (SaaS) and Banking as a Service (BaaS) environments.
He joins Uncapped from Revolut, where he was head of Revolut business, responsible for business strategy, P&L, product and growth.
At Uncapped, he will be responsible for scaling funding products globally as well as launching a suite of banking products and services tailored to the needs of digital entrepreneurs.

Suresh Patel, Mazars
Tax firm Mazars has appointed Suresh Patel as partner in its London-based public sector assurance team.
Suresh, previously with the firm until 2016, will help to further develop the team, while also focusing on growing Mazars’ wider national Public Sector Assurance business.
He has been an elected member of the Council of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) from 2016 to 2021 and will continue to be involved with CIPFA working groups at Mazars. He is also a member of the ICAEW’s Public Sector Auditor Group.

Thomas Byrne and Adam Guilfoyle, Jellyfish
Digital firm Jellyfish has appointed Thomas Byrne as executive vice president of sales & partnerships and Adam Guilfoyle as vice president of sales & partnerships.
Thomas and Adam join Jellyfish from Dentsu’s Merkle, where they held the posts of executive vice president, EMEA, agency services, and head of agency sales respectively.
As digital natives, they bring to their new roles a wealth of experience engaging global brands and creating solutions at the intersection of creativity and technology. Having rapidly built Merkle’s EMEA presence to prominence in just three years, they will now add the strength of their leadership to Jellyfish as the company continues to grow.
