Hull's “flourishing” £80m Fruit Market development set to grow with launch of new homes
Yorkshire based Beal Homes have opened three show homes in Hull’s Fruit Market.
The show homes have opened as construction of the Fruit Market residential development is nearing completion, with 15 of the 105 new homes remaining to buy.
The mews-style homes, delivered by award-winning housebuilder Beal Homes, are arranged around four private courtyards.
They form a key part of the £80m regeneration of the Fruit Market area being driven forward by the Wykeland Beal joint venture formed by Beal and commercial developer Wykeland Group.
The flourishing Fruit Market urban village has attracted a wide range of residents, from young couples, to professionals, families and retired people, and buyers are being urged not to miss out on joining Hull’s most desirable new neighbourhood.
They boast very different themes, from a “richly relaxing” three-storey, three-bedroom townhouse styled with deep woods and distressed leather, to an industrial and minimal two-bedroom duplex home and scandi-style one-storey, two-bedroom apartment.
Sue Waudby, sales and marketing director, Beal Homes said: “We’re excited to open these new show homes and give potential buyers inspiration and insight into the lifestyle they could enjoy in this very special community.
“The very different designs of each of the show homes reflects the mix of lifestyles and tastes that make up the Fruit Market community.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming house hunters through the show home doors and enabling them to experience the very best of contemporary city living.”
