‘Luxury’ holiday lodge scheme takes shape in North Yorkshire countryside

The construction of a new holiday lodge development in North Yorkshire is currently underway.

Holiday park developer Actually Parks is working with industry consultancy Sutton Hospitality to deliver a new lodge project near the village of Wombleton.

Known as Keld Spring, the development will house 29 new lodges, built using a structural insulated panels (SIP) build system.

It is expected that the lodges will provide an investment opportunity in line with the increased demand for ‘staycations’ since the pandemic.

Rhodri Andrews, head of marketing at Actually Parks, commented: “The UK holiday sector has already experienced major sustained growth in the last couple of years, and it has fast become the rising star of the investment sector.

“Keld Spring’s hand-finished lodges will grant investors access to this stable and lucrative market.”
