Jane Bloomer, Winckworth Sherwood
National law firm Winckworth Sherwood has boosted its growing Oxford and Thames Valley real estate team with the appointment of senior associate Jane Bloomer.
Jane has over 20 years of experience in property litigation, acting for leading high street retailers, property funds, commercial occupiers, landlords and private clients.
She joins from Howes Percival, where she acted as director of property litigation, managing and supporting clients across the Northampton area.
Jamie Barton, partner at Winckworth Sherwood, commented: “Jane’s hire boosts our property litigation expertise in one of the country’s most dynamic growth areas. Bringing Jane into the fold is a significant move as our Oxford practice continues to expand in the area.

David Parker, Axis Arbor Partners
Axis Arbor Partners LLP has announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of David J. Parker as managing partner.
David was previously a founding partner and managing partner at Marlborough Partners and brings over 20 years of financing experience in debt advisory and capital markets.
He will be based in London and will work alongside Gurjit S. Bedi, founding managing partner of Axis Arbor, to further enhance expertise and execution capabilities following the successful launch of the firm last year.

Gavin Barclay, Jon Barnard, Michael Pallott, Prasam Patel, and Pauline Pelissier, Mazars
Mazars, the international tax, audit and advisory firm, has appointed five new partners across the UK as of 1 September.
The new partners are Gavin Barclay, who joined Mazars in 2006, Jon Barnard, who has been with the company for more than 16 years, Michael Pallott, part of the advisory and consulting team in London, Prasam Patel, a tax specialist, and Pauline Pelissier, a member of the financial services audit team.
All partners have been promoted from within the business and many have built most or all of their careers at the firm.
The new partners represent teams from Audit, Tax, Advisory and Consulting in locations across the UK.

IRIS Software Group
IRIS Software Group has today announced that Ross Tracey has been appointed as the managing director for its Human Capital Management (HCM) division.
Ross brings over two decades of experience in leading and empowering teams to bring transformational technology to market and best support customers.
Prior to joining IRIS Ross was the MD of Ceridian Europe, where he was instrumental in the successful launch of Ceridian’s cloud HCM product into the European market.
Ross commented: “I am incredibly excited about joining IRIS to lead the growing HCM practice.
“I’m very passionate about putting our customers first and I’m looking forward to helping IRIS continue to enhance and deliver its best-in-class software and solutions for businesses.”
