The Inn Collection Group aims to match summer success with relaunch of Winter Breaks offer

The Inn Collection Group is entering the winter months following a hugely successful reopening campaign, which saw the group produce occupancy rates of 93%, 95% and 98% across the entire estate during June, July and August respectively.

In 2021 the group continued to grow, with further acquisitions in the Lake District, North Yorkshire, Tyne & Wear and Lancashire, taking the group’s site total to 25.

They recently relaunched their popular Winter Breaks offer where guests can book a dinner, bed and breakfast stay from as little as £44.50 per person * . This offer is valid at all sites across the estate and gives guests a way to explore everything the north of England has to offer.

Managing director Sean Donkin explained:

“The past two years have been extremely tough for us, but we are delighted with the success of our group since reopening earlier this year. Our teams have worked harder than ever, adapted to the continuous changes, and learnt numerous new processes in order for our reopening to be such a success, whilst maintaining customer confidence too.

“We know demand for staycations will continue into the winter months, and we hope our Winter Break offer will help show people the fantastic staycations they can enjoy in some simply beautiful parts of England. Staying true to our roots, this offer is great value for money, includes hearty homemade pub fayre, and cosy accommodation – it’s what we’re known for.”

The pubco made their Wearside debut in the summer of 2021, with the opening of The Seaburn Inn in June to rave reviews. The inn is located on the shores of Seaburn beach with an outdoor terrace to enjoy the breath-taking views. Just minutes from Sunderland’s city centre, 3 miles from the Port of Sunderland and a short 20-minute drive from the Port of Tyne too, it’s ideal for those away on business in the North East. The site also created over 55 jobs upon opening and aims to use local suppliers wherever possible.

The group is also reopening two sites in the Lake District after extensive refurbishments this October. The Temperance Inn in Ambleside and The Pheasant Inn in Bassenthwaite are both set to reopen after large yet sympathetic refurbishments, to bring it in line with The Inn Collection Group’s award-winning ‘Eat, Drink, Sleep and Explore’ brand.
