Yorkshire engineers awarded more work on 17,000 sq ft business park
Leeds engineering firm RWO has been contracted to aid further development on 17,000 sq ft warehouse unit by Potter Space.
The development is part of Potter Space’s ongoing expansion of operations at its base near Ripon and follows RWO previously providing construction engineering services for two other new industrial units built at the same location.
RWO, which opened for business in 2019 in Leeds providing civil and structural engineering services, secured an additional 1,000 sq. ft of space at its city centre Park Place site in April this year. This more than doubled its office capacity.
Andrew Fairburn, head of RWO’s Leeds office, said: “We are delighted to continue to develop our partnership with Potter Space, supporting their ambitious growth and expansion plans.
“Our commercial offering continues to grow, and this latest work comes as we eye further success this year and beyond on the back of strong regional and national contracts.”
Potter Space’s head of commercial delivery Jenna Strover, said: “RWO continues to be a key partner. Working alongside our in-house construction team led by John Royle, its team makes sure projects are delivered on time, as we continue to invest and expand to meet the surging regional demand for smaller industrial premises.”
