CIPHR’s HCM platform named a ‘core challenger’ in 2021 Fosway 9-Grid for cloud HR

For the second successive year, CIPHR, a leading UK provider of SaaS HR, payroll, recruitment and learning solutions, has been recognised as a Core Challenger by leading EMEA HR analyst Fosway Group in its 2021 Fosway 9-Grid™ for Cloud HR.

The analysis of CIPHR’s people management solution in the Fosway 9-Grid™ for Cloud HR recognises the company’s ongoing commitments to customer success and product development. CIPHR continues to strengthen its position as a leader in the cloud-based HCM market, and offers its mid to large enterprise customers a very competitive proposition.

The Fosway 9-GridTM is a unique, five-dimensional model that can be used to understand the relative position of HR solutions and providers in the EMEA market. Solutions are assessed on five factors: performance, potential, market presence, total cost of ownership (TCO), and future trajectory.

David Wilson, CEO of Fosway Group, comments: “Following last year’s debut on the Fosway 9-Grid™ for Cloud HR, CIPHR continues to focus on performance and delivering customer success. By building out its marketplace and connectivity to specialist solutions, CIPHR provides customers with the opportunity to address their specific specialist priorities as well as leverage a wider HR, talent and learning ecosystem.”

Matt Russell, chief commercial officer at CIPHR, says: “We are delighted with Fosway’s recognition of CIPHR as a Core Challenger for Cloud HR. We are particularly pleased with Fosway’s assessment that CIPHR’s HR solutions are advancing both their potential and performance in the market. This is a fantastic acknowledgement of the hard work of our technical development, customer success and customer support teams, who are committed to ensuring that our customers benefit from a best in class HCM solution and brilliant levels of service.”

CIPHR has continued to perform strongly this year – building upon recent acquisitions with substantial organic growth.

Russell adds: “CIPHR is totally committed to the ongoing development of our suite of solutions, which are ideally suited for growing mid-to-large-sized organisations that need an HCM platform that can handle their increasingly complex requirements, at a competitive price.

“We’re also continuing to build upon the already excellent connectivity of our HCM platform to other specialist solutions across the people management ecosystem, helping our customers to further streamline their HR processes, improve their access to high-quality analytics, and work with technology that’s the right fit for their organisation and their people.”

CIPHR’s sister company Digits, which provides mid to large enterprise learning management systems, also features in Fosway’s 9-Grid™ for Learning Systems.

More than 600 organisations use CIPHR’s solutions globally across the public, private and non-profit sectors, with customers including British Museum, Cambridge Building Society, Cera Care, Claire’s Accessories UK, Envision Virgin Racing, Information Commissioners Office, Kido Education, Met Office, Pro:Direct Sport, The Air Ambulance Service, The Royal Society of Medicine, Thorntons Law, Volkswagen Group UK, and Willerby.
