Dani Salamon, MoreySmith
London-based design and architectural practice MoreySmith has announced the promotion of Dani Salamon to director of design.
Salamon has more than 11 years experience at MoreySmith as an associate director and has contributed to the creative process and interior design for projects across Europe, including Sony’s headquarters in London and Primark’s Global HQ in Dublin.
Throughout the pandemic, Salamon has worked on a number of projects to deliver spaces fit for the returning workforce, including The Gin Factory recording studio and CBRE’s new HQ, Henrietta House, both of which are due to complete in later this year.
Linda Morey-Burrows, founder and principal director at MoreySmith, said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce the promotion of Dani Salamon to the new position of Director of Design. Dani has taken a leading role in the creative process and innovation over the past 11 years with us.
“Her design skills from high end residential environments to creating graphics, and in delivering the finest detail across our brand led projects has ensured the continued exemplary success we have become renowned for over the past 28 years.”
Dani Salamon, now director of design at MoreySmith, said: “Since 2010, I have been lucky enough to work on countless innovative projects with the wonderful team at MoreySmith.
“I am continually inspired by my colleagues and clients and by our people-centred approach to design that has become the central ethos for MoreySmith projects. The past decade has flown by and I am excited to be part of MoreySmith’s future.”

With its 120-strong community of neuro, behavioural and data scientists, technologists and strategic planners, The Human Understanding Lab provides human-centric analytics and insight across the brand experience journey for brands.
Simon is helping UNLIMITED’s four divisions deliver deep human-powered data and technology-driven expertise into clients’ marketing activations using the Human Understanding Lab’s insight products such as its digital analytics platform.
With nearly twenty years’ experience, Collister is a highly accomplished research and strategy consultant with extensive experience helping high-profile global businesses and brands solve complex challenges through insight, creativity, and communications.
He has worked across a range of clients from multi-national corporations to international NGOs and governments including FedEx, BP, Airbus and UNHCR.
Tim Hassett, UNLIMITED CEO, said: “Strategic rigor and giving our clients access to the best and brightest people are key for UNLIMITED and so for us, bringing Simon on board for our Human Understanding Lab was a no-brainer.
“HUL has been instrumental in recent key new pitch wins, and with some major projects with our existing clients. I know Simon’s experience will be invaluable in helping further bolster our client’s businesses.”
Simon said: “In today’s complex, marketing landscape, it’s easy for brands to focus on the wrong (and sometimes expensive) marketing activities.
“While platforms and technologies change, humans don’t. Putting human understanding at the heart of what we do means we can plan and deliver more effective brand experiences that engage emotions, unlock motivations and drive action.
“Using powerful consumer-centric insights we deliver tangible, value-led outcomes across the customer journey.”
