MotorVise conjures up new account managers in response to rising demand
MotorVise Automotive is hoping to create a little motor trade magic following the recruitment of two new account managers.
Business graduates Harry Potter and Philippa Hirst have joined the business which uses its industry expertise to help car dealerships across the UK increase revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty.
The two new appointments reflect the rising demand for its consultancy services as the motor trade continues to open up following the pandemic.
MotorVise offers dealers support across a range of areas including car sales events, recruitment, finance and insurance sales compliance, and training. It also provides software to streamline document management systems, together with a vehicle progressor system that speeds up the used vehicle preparation process.
Harry joins the company having recently graduated from Leeds Becket University with a BA in Business and Management, while Philippa, who gained a Business and Psychology degree from Manchester Metropolitan University arrives following two years’ experience as a sales assistant for a commercial furniture supplier.
Fraser Brown, the founder and managing director of MotorVise, which is based in Richmondshire, North Yorkshire, said: “I’m pleased to welcome Harry and Philippa onboard, two highly-motivated people who have the right attitude and skillsets to deliver exceptional service to our clients and help drive this business forward.
“MotorVise is experiencing a huge demand for its services as dealerships across the country continue to open up – with many seeking our expert support around sales, recruitment, and training.
“As account managers Harry and Philippa are responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring we continue to deliver on improving their business performance.”
Harry will focus on MotorVise’s showroom, vehicle progressor and FCA compliance systems, while Philippa will specialise in people development, recruitment, training, and mystery shopping services.
Philippa said: “MotorVise has an excellent reputation in the motor trade. I’m delighted to have joined such an agile and forward-thinking company and look forward to progressing my career.”
Harry said: “I’m looking forward to working with clients and helping clients achieve best value and service. Given my name is identical to the planet’s most famous fictional wizard, I’m hoping they will find it much easier to remember me!”
