Creative London based developer launches flexible workspace firm

A London-based creative developer is launching a new flexible workspace company for a community of steady growth innovators, scale-ups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs.

General Projects has launched General People in order to provide three designs of office spaces for: light industrial work, more traditional office spaces, and an emerging model for creative and cultural firms.

The light industrial model will build on the success of Expressway, a 117,000 sq ft business and creative hub in the Royal Docks, which caters to manufacturers and makers, alongside more traditional desk space and co-working facilities.

General People’s more traditional office offering will be unveiled with the launch of at Sierra Quebec Bravo in Canary Wharf. Working with Soda Studios, it will provide 45,000 sq ft of workspace for businesses of one to fifty.

The creative industries space will be located in the old Walworth Town Hall in Southwark.
