Local homebuilder celebrates win at Yorkshire Residential Property Awards
Five-star homebuilder Barratt Developments Yorkshire West is celebrating as Ian Ruthven, Managing Director was crowned Property Personality of the Year at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards.
Managing Director of Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, Ian Ruthven walked away with the Property Personality of the Year award. The long-standing prestigious award recognises an influential individual in the industry, selected by a closed panel.
The Yorkshire Residential Property Awards presented by Variety, The Children’s Charity, returned for its fifth year with the ceremony taking place in Leeds. The awards brings together 700 professionals from across the residential property sector in Yorkshire and provides the opportunity to celebrate the best in the sector while raising vital funds for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children across the region.
