York property specialist launches recently refurbished office
York property specialist Helmsley Group announced the launch of Gateway One, a development providing modern, flexible office space to suit a wide range of occupiers.
Following an extensive refurbishment, Gateway One offers 14,178 sq ft of space across three floors, available to let immediately.
Located in Holgate Business Park, the development benefits from transport links to York city centre in addition to the wider region, being located on the A59 for travel to Harrogate and Leeds.
George Baines, asset manager at Helmsley Group, said: “With businesses and employees returning to the office the market is now seeing increased demand, which is why we’re delighted to launch Gateway One to market, especially given the scarcity of high-quality office space in York itself.”
Matthew Tootell, director at property marketer Bowcliffe (working in conjunction with McBeath Property Consultancy) added: “Offering excellent connectivity and responding to consumer demand for more flexible working space, Gateway One provides much needed high quality office space.
“The property is already receiving high levels of interest, so we encourage prospective occupiers to act quickly.”
The launch comes after the recent letting of 6,200 sq ft to Reed in partnership at Helmsley’s Arabesque House development at Monks Cross, York.
Aspect4 managed the refurbishment while Struteco served as main contractor. Garnett Netherwood was the architect on the scheme.
