Birmingham HR tech firm named West Midlands Scale Up Business of the Year

Natural HR, the leading provider of all-in-one HR and payroll software, fought off stiff competition at the West Midlands Tech Awards last night to be crowned the 2021 Scale Up Business of the Year.

The West Midlands Tech Awards were launched in 2018 and celebrate everything the West Midlands has to offer as a burgeoning hub for technology; from FinTech and young talent to innovation in education and property tech.

Recognising established tech and digital businesses that are currently experiencing or getting set for rapid growth, the West Midlands Scale Up Business of the Year Award was highly contested by some of the region’s very best.

Sarah Dowzell, COO and Co-Founder of Natural HR attended the glittering awards ceremony alongside husband and CEO, Jason. On winning the award, she said: “We are thrilled to have been named the West Midlands Scale Up Business of the Year. It is an honour to be recognised for all of the hard work of our dedicated team continues to put in to growing Natural HR into the successful business it is today.
