New North East partnership aims to boost regional business

A new partnership between a B2B marketing company and the Engineering and Manufacturing Network (EMN) is set to boost business support in North East England.

Marketing firm Horizon Works, based at the Northumberland Business Park near Cramlington, Northumberland, has been confirmed as a new affiliate partner of EMN.

EMN supports the growth of the North East’s engineering and manufacturing industries by building a collaborative community of businesses. It offers companies specialist support and advice, and runs the annual EMCON exhibition and conference.

A long-standing EMN member, Horizon Works supports innovators in complex industries and offers a wide of integrated marketing services across strategy, PR, design and digital.

Samantha Vassallo, managing director of Horizon Works, said: “We’re delighted to be cementing our relationship with the EMN as an affiliate partner.

“Our relationship with EMN goes back many years and we have always been extremely impressed by the support the network has provided to North East-based business, both through its regular activities and via the fantastic EMCON show in Newton Aycliffe.
