Newcastle marketing agency creates jobs alongside 105 per cent revenue increase
Newcastle based marketing agency Radial Path have taken on seven new employees in as many months to meet demands as revenues grow 105 per cent year on year.
Founded in 2017, CEO and founder Ruth Plater set out to offer digital marketing strategies for businesses within the telecommunication and digital infrastructure industry looking to transform their sales and marketing functions.
The agency is now working with global brands in the digital infrastructure sector, as well as a broader client-base of technology businesses in areas such as IoT, AI, and software.
The agency has expanded both its creative and operational teams to meet the growing demand and revenue increase of 105 per cent year on year that it has been experiencing.
Speaking on the agency’s continued growth, Ruth Plater said: “I’m incredibly proud of the team’s achievements over the past year, we’ve certainly benefited from the North East’s vast pool of digital talent and momentum within the tech sector.”
“I know a lot of marketing agencies can have a high staff turnover, so I wanted to make sure the working culture was supportive of our team. We introduced a new client/agency code of conduct to ensure the wellbeing of the team always comes first. This also helps keep things consistent and productive for our clients.
“We’ve got some pretty exciting plans for the future, and some big-name clients in the pipeline, so we’re excited to see what comes next as our team continues to grow.
