Pannone Corporate expands team with triple hire
North West law firm, Pannone Corporate, has expanded its team with a trio of appointments.
Kenneth Tang, 31, joins the firm as a solicitor in the dispute resolution team, where he will support the team across a range of areas, including real estate litigation, general commercial contracts, estates and trusts, intellectual property, IT, and professional negligence.
He is joined by Oliver Moore, 25, who has been appointed as a solicitor in the insolvency and restructuring team. Joining from Lancashire-based firm, Harrison Drury & Co, Oliver will work alongside partner, Richard Wolff, on contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, in both corporate and personal insolvency.
Humera Patel, 25, completes the trio of appointments, joining Pannone as a corporate paralegal. She previously worked at Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer and Forbes Solicitors in their corporate teams, covering mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and shareholder reorganisations.
Paul Jonson, senior partner at Pannone, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kenneth, Oliver and Humera to our growing Pannone team.
“As a firm, we’re committed to hiring and investing in young talent. We recognise the value they can bring to the firm and our clients and I’m confident Oliver, Kenneth and Humera will be a real asset in our insolvency, dispute resolution and corporate teams.”
Kenneth Tang commented: “Pannone is highly regarded for its culture that’s centred around approachability, both for clients and employees. This really appealed to me when joining, together with the high quality work the team carries out, and the strong collaborative team structure.”
