North East property auction specialist invests in training programme
A North East based property auction specialist invested in its latest specialist training programme intake.
The UK’s largest property auctioneer iamsold is calling for applications for its latest Associate Auction Specialist training programme intake following the growing popularity of buying and selling houses through auction.
The Newcastle-headquartered firm’s popular training programme is now open for applications for its January 2022 intake.
The move comes after the Essential Information Group (EIG) recently reported that there has been a 15 per cent increase in the total raised from property auctions in September 2021 versus the same period last year.
The training programme has been designed for property professionals to develop their skills and knowledge around auction sales and begin their career as an Associate Auction Specialist.
Jamie Cooke, managing director at iamsold, commented: “People are becoming more aware that auction is for all types of homes, for all types of people. With a proposition that’s already digital-first, Modern Method of Auction (MMoA) has gone from strength to strength.
“Whilst the sector grew by 15 per cent, iamsold, saw a 33 per cent increase in online property auction sales during the same period. Our sector is booming, and we need the right people to support that growth.
“We ensure that our training programme is comprehensive and that we’re delivering fully equipped experts into the sector who can continue to offer a growing customer base a great auction experience and Estate Agents the opportunity to offer more services and therefore more choice to their clients.”
