GRAPH Strategy supports trio of sale and investment deals

Boutique strategic consultancy firm, GRAPH Strategy, has aided the completion of three sale and investment deals for its UK-based clients.

The global company, which has offices in London and the US, provided commercial due diligence, including strategic market analysis, growth plan creation, and delivered customer insights to support two acquisitions and facilitate a company sale.

Horizon Capital, a private equity investor specialising in technology and business services, called on GRAPH’s expertise in preparation for selling its portfolio company Bellrock to Sun European Partners.

GRAPH has a long-standing relationship with the team at Bellrock and their due diligence expertise helped to accurately assess the firm’s market position and future potential, helping to drive the success of the deal.

Private equity firm, Elysian Capital, also requested GRAPH’s assistance to complete its acquisition and investment deal into D3O Holdings Limited. As part of their work, the GRAPH team conducted primary market research and sourced customer insights to help form an ambitious growth plan for the company.

The third deal saw GRAPH support leading asset management firm, Mercia Asset Management PLC for the first time, in an investment deal worth £4.5million. The GRAPH team, who boast extensive expertise and experience in the technology sector, took a rigorous, evidence-based approach to their work and delivered valuable guidance that determined the viability of the acquisition.

Mercia has invested in digital forensic specialist, Forensic Analytics, to help progress its specialist cloud-based software. The technology is currently used by police departments across the country and has led to the successful prosecution of some of the UK’s most sophisticated criminal networks.
