Global HR consultancy firm appoints Code Computerlove to bolster digital sales experience
Global HR and Health & Safety consultancy business Peninsula has appointed Manchester-based digital product and service studio Code Computerlove as its digital partner.
Code will be supporting Peninsula to further develop its digital experiences, defining the role of digital across its whole customer experience and helping to supplement its existing offline selling process with a new digital journey.
Peninsula is the UK and Ireland’s most trusted provider of employment law, HR and health & safety services, supporting over 30,000 small businesses nationally. It is headquartered in Manchester with further offices in Glasgow, Dublin and Cork as well as Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
Code’s remit is to focus on optimising the customer experience across Peninsula’s self-serve software BrightHR, which enables all sizes of businesses to manage employee data, absence, staff holidays, rotas and shifts, expenses and training, all in one secure and easy-to-use digital platform; the agency will also enhance sales and operational processes across the entire organisation to create new and better ways to deliver a world-class HR service.
Gemma Handley, Commercial Director at Code Computerlove, said:
“While Peninsula is already a digitally mature and forward-thinking digital product business, it recognises for any business it’s essential not to stand still - but continue to develop its offering and enhance the customer experience.
“Peninsula’s brief is an ideal fit for us, having previously created effective online and offline digital services for clients such as Hillarys Blinds, JCT600, Ombudsman Services and GC Business Growth Hub. As specialists in this sector, we are looking forward to augmenting our people around Peninsula’s in-house teams and helping the business drive a really solid product service that delivers a great customer and business outcome.”
Alastair Brown, Chief Technology Officer at BrightHR, part of the Peninsula Group, said:
“Code demonstrated a clear understanding of our business and customers and were able to quickly create an exciting vision for how this might manifest within the organisation.
“We very much look forward to exploring how we might go to market rapidly with prototype experiences, learning fast from failures and applying technology at the right time.”
