International sustainable building specialist opens new London office, creating jobs

International sustainability-focused M&E consultancy CPW has expanded its capital presence with a new London office that supports its growth plans and companywide strategic redirection.

Located in Fitzrovia, CPW has taken on a larger office and is actively recruiting for all job roles; particularly apprentices, juniors, and intermediates as part of its commitment to training the next generation.

The move follows a business wide rebrand and reflects growth across the business with many new recruits in all the regions and 12 new apprentices joining the consultancy since June this year.

Carl Standley, director at CPW, heads up the London office. He said: “The new office has more desks, a bigger meeting room, breakout space, and video conferencing facilities and includes space for further growth.

“We have a team of 11 currently in the London office, and with our agile working policy there is capacity for up to 18 people so we’re on the lookout for new engineers that share our enthusiasm for low carbon building design.

“As a company we are on a mission to build zero carbon buildings that minimise the impact on the environment, whilst improving the lives of those that inhabit them.

“We’re also passionate about training the next generation, bridging the skills gap, and offering equal opportunities, so we’re particularly interested in hearing from apprentices and junior engineers.”

Founded in 1978, CPW works across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, residential, education and more. With a team of more than 240 staff across nine UK regional offices and two international offices in India and Poland.
