1000 new North London homes scheduled for delivery in April

A property developer has launched 2 Ashley Road, the latest phase of its Heart of Hale development in Tottenham Hale, North London.

The one and two-bedroom homes, delivered by Argent Related, will be ready to move into in April 2022. The new building includes the first Help to Buy homes at the development, and first-time buyers are already snapping up opportunities to join this up-and-coming neighbourhood with a 5 per cent deposit.

Once complete, Heart of Hale will include over 1,000 homes, new restaurants and shops, space for a cinema, podium gardens and green terraces. The homes are located next to one of the largest open spaces in London, the 520-acre Walthamstow Wetlands.

Tottenham Hale is also one of the most affordable locations on the Victoria Line and has experienced a huge rise in popularity with buyers looking for value for money. In a recent report, JLL highlighted Tottenham Hale as a property hotspot, forecasting house price growth of 24 per cent over the next five years.
