Local brewery expands Veganuary plans
On Saturday January 22 Tyne Bank Brewery are expanding their usual Veganuary celebrations.
The day will showcase plant-based traders and sustainable crafters from across the region with vegan street food, beers and drinks, and sustainable market stalls.
So far, Sun of Seitan (BBQ), inBreadToasties, and FlipnFast crepes have signed up to serve at the festival. Along with Magpye NCL, Bake for the Soul, Tyne Chease, Laneberg Wines, Whitely Bay Fudge Company, Dalton Moor Farm, Meraki Cacao, Igigi Fungi, and FYTO amongst others.
Julia Austin founder of Tyne Bank Brewery said “This is a day for everyone, not just Vegans. We have partnered with a great range of knowledgeable traders so come along and enjoy the day but if you are curious about the food and products on offer, just ask.”
The event is free entry and as always family and dog friendly.
The venue is fully DDA compliant with a car park but also accessible via e scooter, public transport including the Gosforth to Wallsend Q3 which stops right outside.
