134 new affordable properties scheduled in West London
A B Corporation® certified developer has secured planning with Network Homes to bring forward their 100 per cent affordable West London development.
Joseph Homes’ One Vinyl Square will deliver 134 new affordable homes in a highly sought-after location, just 8 minutes’ walk from Hayes & Harlington Crossrail station. This scheme completes the final residential phase of U+I’s masterplan.
The developer will continue to work with Network Homes, to see the scheme come to fruition.
Paul Dipino, chief innovation officer, comments: “We’re delighted to be able to work with Network Homes to deliver much needed affordable housing in such an important part of London.”
“Whilst we know that there is an ongoing need for affordable homes, there is more importantly a need for quality homes. One Vinyl Square was designed with our LIVE WELL principles at the heart, and we’re pleased to have been able to contribute in the initial stages with the high quality design of the scheme.”
David Gooch, Network Homes executive director of development, said: “We’re really excited to be helping to give a new lease of life to this site with its amazing musical and cultural history. New homes are needed in this area and the project will help us deliver our aim of starting at least 1,000 affordable homes by March 2023.”
