Survey and measurement provider moves to new head office
A provider of survey and measurement solutions has teamed up with a local managed service provider as part of a move to offer what it is calling a “cutting edge” service to its client base.
Terra Measurement has partnered with fellow Derbyshire firm IDT to carry out a move into new offices in Alfreton. IDT provided broadband advice, a new CAT 6+ network installation, port layout and a lighting, server and back-up upgrade.
Terra Measurement managing director said: “IDT shares our mission in using the latest technology, software and methods to maintain our respective positions at the leading edge of our ever-evolving industries, and it’s been a pleasure working with them for a decade now. “IDT’s expertise has put us in the perfect and futureproof situation for capturing and providing Terra Measurement’s large scale 3D Spatial Data and Digital Twins of buildings and structures.
“IDT has upscaled and developed and we are doing the same. “We have confidence that IDT is on the cutting edge of innovation and IT technology to help us maintain our position of being on the cutting edge of Survey and Spatial Data innovation, high definition Digital Twins and Virtual Reality.”
Luke Draper from IDT said: “Ever since we started working with Terra Measurement in 2012, we’ve combined our specialisms to produce a truly powerful service for their clients. We wish Andrew and his team well in their new HQ and look forward to the next decade of a truly successful partnership.”
